On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Grevenmacher we are looking for a Project Quality Engineer (m/f/d) for Product Launchs. 

Our client is an innovative, international automotive company. 

Your tasks: 

  • Planning and implementation of the quality concept

  • Being the contact person and interface for customers in all quality matters, especially in the case of technical complaints in serial projects
  • Following the development of the product from concept to SOP
  • Tracking of quality targets and derivation of necessary corrective actions
  • Processing of complaints and problem solutions using the 8D process
  • Coordination of activities for the preparation and compilation of documents for process and product release (PPAP)
  • Participation in audits and FMEA sessions
  • Responsible of creating and updating control plan during launch and ramp up phase
  • Responsible for all aspects of gage procurement, including gage quoting, design approval, and customer approval
  • Responsible for gage MSA studies in all parties including gage maker
  • Train series quality team in product, process controls, gage and all documentation related to the new program
  • Participate in GD&T development

Your profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in Product development (e.g. Timeframe, Task list, Documentations) and Product Launch (Full module)

  • Experience with the selection and use of quality methods (especially problem-solving methods 8-D, ISHIKAWA, 5Why, ...)
  • Knowledge of the requirements for QM systems (e.g. IATF 16949)
  • Good language skills in English required, German is an asset
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • High resilience and pleasure in dealing with customers
  • Basic understanding of all legal requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Our client is an innovative, international automotive company. 

Your tasks: 

  • Being responsible for measurement planning and measurement part with CMM to 

    program and operate CMM machines and perform inspections and measurements

  • Create CMM reports and statistical analysis
  • Manage and train inspection personnel for inspection methodologies
  • Develop and implement new processes for future machine
  • Perform Metrology of Internal equipment (calibration plan, calibrate equipment, check with supplier)
  • Act as the gauge administrator

Your profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience with Coordinate-Measuring Machines

  • First years of experience in industry, automotive is prefered
  • Fluency in English, French or German is a plus
  • Knowledge of LEAN methodology is appreciated
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Our client is an innovative, international automotive company. 

The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.

Your tasks: 

  • Programming of production equipment and related control units

  • PLC software development (Siemens) 
  • Support continuous improvement, maintenance and process optimization of machines, tools, equipment and processes
  • Error analysis and correction in case of breakdowns
  • Virtual and physical commissioning of relevant manufacturing equipment
  • Participate in projects or manage projects linked to PLC programming.

Your profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

  • Substantial experience in PLC programming (Siemens preferred)
  • Ability to program vision systems (Keyence preferred), Motor drives (SEW preferred), Electrical axis (Festo preferred)
  • Ability to read and write logic (Ladder or Sequential Function Chart)
  • Knowledge of communications protocol between PLC, Robots, supervision and traceability systems
  • Experience in MES and tracability system implementation
  • Technical understanding of machine parts and drawings, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems
  • Understanding of and ability to apply Lean problem solving tools
  • Working as a member of cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of process optimization technique
  • Fluent in English

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung von Metallbauprojekten (Fenster

    , Türen, Fassaden- und Sonderkonstruktionen) auf Grundlage vorgegebener Leistungsverzeichnisse bzw. Architektenunterlagen

  • Massen- und Kostenermittlung
  • Ausarbeitung von Sondervorschlägen und Alternativen
  • Preisanfragen bei Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten sowie Unterstützung bei Vergabeverhandlungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Bietergesprächen
  • Beratung von Bauherren, Architekten, etc.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Maschinenbau/Fertigungstechnik) bzw. Berufsausbildung im Bereich Metallbau mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation sowie gute Marktkenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrung in Fertigung und Montage von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Baurecht und in der Vertragsprüfung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office Produkten; idealerweise Kenntnisse in Logikal/Schücal 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch von Vorteil
