On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Mamer (L) we are looking for a Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d).
Your mission is the design of electro-mechanical systems.
The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.
Our client is an innovative, Luxembourg based high-tech company with several state-of-the-art divisions.
Your tasks
-
Lead the design of electrical installations and controller solutions for the satellite ground segment and the rubber industry testing equipment
- Define, document, implement and test new concepts, features and technologies in existing or new products
- Create and/or supervise and review the creation of production documentation, user manuals and test procedures
- Provide guidance and expertise to colleagues
- Start up inhouse designed machinery and commercial components
- Interact with suppliers to follow-up the production and acceptance process of the electrical sub-systems, select components and perform obsolescence management
Your profile
-
Bachelor's or a Master’s degree in a electrical or automation engineering or equivalent
- Several years of experience in the design of electrical installations
- Excellent knowledge in EPLAN P8
- Knowledge of PLC and PC programming languages (Structured Text ST, Java, C++ or Python) are considered a plus
- Fluent in English; German or French is an asset
