On behalf of our prestigious client based in Pr\u00fcm <\/b>we are looking for an experienced Team Leader (m\/f\/d) for Production Logistics. <\/b><\/p>\n

Her role is to drive the further development of logistics processes across all sites within the company\u2019s in-house single-part manufacturing operations.<\/p>\n

Our client develops highly automated special machines and enjoys a worldwide reputation. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Your tasks<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Technical and managerial leadership of the team in production logistics<\/li>\n
  • Introduction and further development of a holistic supply chain management system within single-part manufacturing<\/li>\n
  • Responsibility for the entire inbound and outbound flow of materials in the machine shop<\/li>\n
  • Managing and optimising materials handling, and ensuring that materials are supplied in line with demand<\/li>\n
  • Analysis of stock levels, early identification of potential bottlenecks and close coordination with production control<\/li>\n
  • Continuous improvement of logistics processes in line with JIT, Kanban, 5S and Lean principles<\/li>\n
  • Definition, monitoring and analysis of relevant key performance indicators, such as lead time, on-time delivery and stock-to-sales ratio<\/li>\n
  • Identification of logistical risks and the development of appropriate countermeasures<\/li>\n
  • Support and further development of digital logistics solutions such as WMS, ERP systems, RFID and scanner applications<\/li>\n
  • Development of sustainable, multi-site logistics concepts<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, fire safety and dangerous goods regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Your profile<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • \n

        A degree or a technical qualification in logistics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • Several years\u2019 professional experience in logistics, ideally in materials supply or production logistics within a manufacturing company<\/li>\n
      • Experience in technical and disciplinary management<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of materials management in single-part production or mechanical engineering would be an advantage<\/li>\n
      • Initial practical experience with supply chain concepts or digital transformation projects<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, as well as Excel, particularly pivot tables and data analysis<\/li>\n
      • Experience with digital logistics solutions, such as scanner, RFID or tablet applications<\/li>\n
      • A strong understanding of process analysis and continuous improvement<\/li>\n
      • An analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, with a keen eye for the bigger picture<\/li>\n
      • Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a proactive approach to work<\/li>\n
      • A good command of English and a willingness to travel occasionally both at home and abroad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
