On behalf of our prestigious client, a dynamic, long-established, medium-sized company in the energy sector, we are seeking a Head of Back Office (m\/f\/d)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

In this senior management role, you will lead and develop the back-office team. At the same time, you will design administrative processes, support strategic decision-making and ensure reliable support for key major clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Your tasks<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

  • \n

    You will lead, motivate and develop the back-office team, both professionally and personally.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • You will draw up and amend individual energy supply contracts and ensure that relevant deadlines are met.<\/li>\n
  • You will act as the direct point of contact for major clients.<\/li>\n
  • They monitor the quality of work processes and continuously improve them.<\/li>\n
  • You organise and optimise the administrative processes within the back office.<\/li>\n
  • They work closely with other departments and ensure efficient cross-departmental coordination.<\/li>\n
  • They ensure compliance with internal processes and with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n
  • They are involved in strategic business decisions, particularly in the development of new products and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Your profile<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • \n

        You will have a degree in engineering, economics or a comparable subject. Alternatively, you will have relevant professional experience in a comparable role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • You have knowledge of the energy market<\/li>\n
      • You enjoy working with people and impress others with your excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n
      • You work proactively, responsibly and independently.<\/li>\n
      • You value teamwork and actively contribute to a constructive working environment.<\/li>\n
      • Discretion, reliability and punctuality are a matter of course for you.<\/li>\n
      • You must have a good command of spoken and written German; knowledge of French and Luxembourgish would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
