On behalf of our prestigious client, a dynamic, long-established, medium-sized company in the energy sector, we are seeking a Back-office staff (m\/f\/d)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

We are looking for a committed and reliable individual who can provide expert support to the back-office team, offer professional customer service and contribute to efficient processes by taking the initiative. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Your tasks<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

  • \n

    They help to ensure the smooth running of the back-office operations and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of work processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • Working directly with our customers, you will be committed to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service.<\/li>\n
  • They identify the needs of existing customers and prospective clients and address them in a targeted manner.<\/li>\n
  • You will maintain and update technical and commercial customer data.<\/li>\n
  • You are responsible for the monthly customer billing.<\/li>\n
  • They support accounts receivable management and assist with the dunning process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Your profile<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

      • \n

        You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Knowledge of the energy market and proficiency in SAP are an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • You enjoy working with people and impress others with your excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n
      • You work proactively, value teamwork and carry out your tasks responsibly and independently.<\/li>\n
      • They are discreet, reliable and punctual.<\/li>\n
      • You must have a good command of spoken and written German; knowledge of French and Luxembourgish would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
