On behalf of our prestigious client in the aerospace sector, based in Echternach, we are currently seeking a HR Generalist (m\/f\/d) specialising in administration and recruitment<\/b> in an industrial setting. <\/p>\n

The position will be filled as part of a direct placement with a permanent employment contract with the client.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Your tasks<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • As an HR generalist specialising in administration and recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process independently: this includes analysing staffing requirements, drafting and publishing job advertisements, conducting interviews, and organising and supporting the onboarding of new employees.<\/li>\n
  • They organise and oversee careers fairs and school visits, and represent the company as an attractive employer to potential candidates.<\/li>\n
  • In addition, you will support staff throughout the entire employee lifecycle \u2013 from recruitment through personnel changes to leaving the organisation.<\/li>\n
  • Your responsibilities will also include compiling statistics, certificates and HR-related reports.<\/li>\n
  • You will support the planning, organisation and administrative implementation of various HR projects and play an active role in the further development of HR processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Your profile<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an industrial clerk or an office management assistant) <\/li>\n
      • At least two years\u2019 professional experience in recruitment<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of Luxembourg labour law would be an advantage<\/li>\n
      • Strong teamwork and communication skills<\/li>\n
      • Structured and results-orientated way of working<\/li>\n
      • Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of English and French would be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
